Kade moved to New York City from Bangkok to follow in her families long history of culinary and hospitality excellence. At an early age she learned how to create unique flavors from local and exotic ingredients. Her food creations are inspired by her childhood memories and global travel. They have led to the establishment of many other restaurants.  Kade promises that each Noodle Revolution 

meal will be a wonderful combination of unique global flavors!

Noodle Revolution is proud that our  ingredients are the freshest available. Our seafood is caught locally by area purveyors and much of our produce comes from local farms. We are committed to hiring locally. We also participate in local community activities. We love our community!
